Design a Simple and Effective business card To Attract Your Clients

Business cards have always been an integral part of every professional. This contains all their business’s information, which they proudly share with their business associates and others. There are no two opinions about the fact that in this digital era, business or visiting cards still have not lost their relevance. When it comes to creating first impression, professional business cards have always been on demand.

Although they have been in use for quite some time now, many company executives often get them wrong in terms of design, styling, and quality. This in-turn leaves a negative impact on the minds of your clients and hampers your goals. Therefore it is very important to pick the right card that will serve your motive.

Tips to pick the right visiting cards

Simple design

They are usually very small in size ideally, around 3.5" x 2". Therefore you do not have much space to include the company logo and other information on the card. Therefore it is advisable that you pick up a simple and elegant design that conveys the message more subtly.  Don’t try to insert the logo, if you don’t have space in it.

Standard size

Size is one of the features that people often alter with in order to get noticed and make their cards more memorable. However, they are themed in standard size for two main reasons. First being, it makes them easy to carry for you as well as for the one who are receiving it. Secondly, standard sizes fit in your usual business cardholder or even standard wallets without any problems.

Choosing content

Content on the card is as important as the design. Make sure that your name, designation, organization, telephone number, and email address is clearly mentioned on the card. Even if you cannot include all the information, make sure that you keep the card clutter free so that people can find relevant information easily. You can always use the back of the card to mention certain ‘not so important’ information. In a nutshell, business card is all about the first impression and feel.
